I am like a moth to the flame that is your heart. I am putting it out there to the universe. I am falling. Free falling for you. I have faith that the universe will hear and feel this love. That you too will hear and feel it. Then you will open your heart for me to come in. And instead of falling to the bottom, we will collide in the middle. Sparks will fly and we will comfortably continue in this love.

This desire to be together in order to not feel alone is an unfortunate symptom, in my opinion. Every person needs to learn from childhood how to be spend time with oneself. That doesn’t mean he should be lonely, but that he shouldn’t grow bored with himself because people who grow bored in their own company seem to me in danger, from a self-esteem point of view.

Day 16 (2014.03.09): This is a game I played with my coworkers. Here’s how it works, for 4 people.
You draw 4 vertical lines (bc there are 4 ppl playing). Number the lines and at the bottom of each line you place a “penalty”. For our game, it was who would pay money for the Starbucks coffee run (5,000won, 5,000won, 10,000won, or 0won but had to go out and pick the coffee up).
After the penalties are set, each person takes a turn to draw horizontal lines connecting any 2 vertical lines. You can make as many horizontal lines as you want and they can be straight, curved, or looped. But the ends must not touch any other horizontal line’s end. Makes sense?? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
When everyone has had a turn, they should all pick a number. Then you have to follow your line all the down to the end, and you have to follow any horizontal line that you come to!!
That’s the trick, you aren’t entirely sure where they line will end up. And once you reach the end, you have to follow your penalty.
In the picture, you can see that I picked line #2 and ended up having to pay 10,000won for coffee ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I love Korea and all the little games they think up.
